I recently had an excellent stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was very convenient, being close to the city center and the railway station. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the entire property was well maintained. The staff at this venue were extremely helpful and accommodating, ensuring that all my requests were met. They even allowed me to check out late without any extra fee. The service at this hotel was top-notch, from the friendly front desk to the efficient room service. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool where I could relax and soak up the sun. I was impressed with the quality of service and the enhanced comfort provided at this hotel.

The property is stunning, peaceful, and well-maintained with clean rooms. The staff is approachable, friendly, and helpful, ensuring a great stay. The location is convenient, with quick access to the airport, railway station, and major attractions. The buffet spread is decent and the staff goes above and beyond by offering free ironing service. The hot water, clean tub, and timely refill of toiletries are appreciated. The terrace provides a view of the fort.

The property is quite stunning. The staff is approachable and friendly albeit cheeky. The peace and quite that you require in a holiday was very much present there! The food quality was good.

Oh it was quite unlike the Taj property, I know it's Gateway but even then it lacked the stamp of Taj Gateway! The preferential treatment to the white skin was very evident (had to bring this to the notice of Operations Head)...only then did the lower staff mend their ways. Sad but true! By Taj standard even the basic could be plush, elegant and comfortable. That corners were being cut was very evident...

During our recent stay in Jaisalmer, we found a hotel that exceeded our expectations. The property was beautifully styled with desert architecture and had a serene atmosphere. The swimming pool was well maintained and had stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were attentive and always willing to help. We also enjoyed the excellent food on offer at the restaurant.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the main town, which made getting around a bit difficult. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and often dropped out, which was frustrating.

The hotel may be a bit far from the main town area.

The staff was very courteous and quick to provide service. the buffet spread was decent and the rooms were clean with timely refills of toiletries. the key location facts were very helpful as the hotel was only a 30-minute drive from the airport and very close to all major attractions. We also enjoyed the suggestion from the hotel staff to take a rickshaw, which was a cheaper alternative.

The recreational activities at this hotel were limited, and a heated pool would have been a great addition.
